摘要
维生素D缺乏是一个全球性的问题。维生素D缺乏可导致肌肉软弱,诱发骨质疏松性骨折。补充维生素D可以减少跌倒、预防骨质疏松和降低骨质疏松骨折的风险。中国人理想的血25(OH)D水平和适宜的维生素D摄入量是我们当前面临的重要课题。
Vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency are the global problem. It can induce muscle weakness, falls and fracture due to both osteoporosis and falls. Supplementation of vitamin D and calcium are effective prevention measures for falls, osteoporosis and fractures. It has become important to identify the optimal serum level of 25 (OH) D and the suitable amount of vitamin D intake in Chinese.
