摘要
产后避孕方法包括:哺乳闭经避孕法、产后立即放置宫内节育器、单孕激素避孕法、外用屏障避孕、输卵管绝育术。产妇可根据自身的健康状况、产次、分娩的类型,是否哺乳以及哺乳的方式来选择避孕方法,以降低产后人工流产率。
Postpartum contraception is one of the most important parts of the family planning. The methods consist of lactation amenorrhea method of contraception, placed IUD postpartum immediately, single-progesterone contraception, barrier contraceptives and female sterilization. A lying-in woman may select the contraceptive method according to their own health situation, production times, delivery type, whether breast-feeding and breast-feeding＇s method to reduce postpartum abortion.
