摘要
文章对我国《著作权法》和《信息网络传播权保护条例》框架内图书馆合理复制文献的著作权规则作了分析,对应该注意的相关法律问题进行了界定。
This paper analyzes the library reasonable duplication literature copyright rule in the frame of ＂Copyright Law＂ and ＂Information Network Dissemination Power Protection Rule＂, limits the legal matters which we should pay attention to.
