摘要
企业网络口碑信息管理不仅是对网民言论进行采集、整理和分析,更重要的是对口碑信息活动涉及到的要素,如社区平台、传播内容及重点网民进行有效的组织和控制。借鉴企业的成功实践,从控制口碑传递过程的信息流和引导口碑传递方向的影响流两个方面探讨基于危机预警的企业网络口碑信息管理的方法。
Internet word of mouth management of the enterprise is not only to collect, sort out and analyze the netizen's speech, but also to carry out effective organization and control for the main factors involved in word of mouth information activities, like virtual community platform, communication contents and important netizen. Draw on the successful experience of the enterprise, from two aspects of both controlling the information flow and guiding the influence flow, discuss the method of IWOM of enterprise based on the crisis warming.
