智能楼宇建设的融资渠道优化组合研究

摘要 智能楼宇从上个世纪90年代进入中国以后,企业对于智能楼宇的需求越来越大,但受融资渠道不畅的限制,发展速度和水平一直较低。为了解决当前智能楼宇建设与融资渠道的突出矛盾,在实证研究的基础上,首次对智能楼宇投资的类型进行了全新的划分。结合智能楼宇建设的融资需求和国内现有及未来将要出现的融资渠道,提出了相应的融资渠道优化组合设计。为了提高融资渠道组合的执行效益,每种优化组合都以一种主渠道为核心、其他融资渠道为辅助,这些融资渠道优化组合的确立,将为我国的智能楼宇建设的发展提供有力的支撑。 On the basis of the Intelligent Building entered China from 1990s, the demand for Intelligent building became more tremendous, but it was restricted by the poor financial channel. Then the construction and the development of intelligent building kept low level. In order to solve the contradiction between the construction of intelligent building and the financing channel, the author made a new division for types of the Intelligent Building for the first time based on the empirical studies. Combined with the construction of intelligent building and domestic financing needs'existing and future, some optimum designs of five financing channels were given. For improving the effect on the financing channels, each optimum combination of financing channels has one main channel for the core business and some others as assistant financing channels. The foundation of these investing models and optimum combinations would be given more strong support to the development of the construction of Intelligent Building in China.
