摘要
从农业现代化与高等教育发展背景出发，对高等农业机械化人才素质要求进行了分析。提出面向２１世纪农业机械化本科教育的培养目标。
An explorative analysis on the talents qualities is given in the article to the requirement for higher agricultural mechanization under the condition of agricultural modernization and higher education development.The authors propose a reformatory thought about the cultivation object,the ability structure, the knowledge structure and the course system of agricultural mechanization speciality education for the 21st century.
