On the Human-oriented Class Management Model in Universities

“以人为本”是科学发展观的核心，而实现“以人为本”的教育理念是高校贯彻实施科学发展观的必然要求。本文运用现代管理学的人本管理原理对大学生班级管理进行阐述，分析大学生班级管理的特点，提出“以人为本”构建大学生班级管理模式的主张，并通过制定合情规范、合理目标等途径和策略来促进“以人为本”大学生班级管理模式的构建。

Human orientation is the theme of the times and the core of scientific development view. The realization of human-oriented education is an inevitable requirement of the implementation of scientific development view by universities. The paper proposes the human -oriented class managemtent of college students by using the humanistic management theory of modern mamagment, and analyzes its characteristics. The new humanistic model will be established by setting resonable regulations and targets.
