摘要
对不同发育时期花药过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(EST)同功酶的电泳分析表明,K型不育系POD同功酶与保持系基本一致,EST同功酶与保持系差异显著;而T型不育系POD和EST同功酶带数和活性单核期之后少于或低于保持系同功酶。
Peroxidase (POD) and Esterase (EST) isoenzymic PAGE analysis of different stages of anther development in common wheat( Triticum aestivum ) shows that POD isozymes in anther are approximately the same between K type male sterile line and its maintainer but EST isozymes have distinctive difference between them.The bands and activity of POD and EST isozymes of anther from T type male sterile line are fewer or lower than those from its maintainer after uninucleate stage.
