摘要
采用国内指标法和国际指标法对MS(K)豫麦3号雄性不育系育性恢复性能进行了研究。结果表明,163个恢复系间的恢复度差异显著,国内法恢复度超过80%的恢复系占1163%;K型杂种小麦小穗中部小花的结实性与恢复系的恢复能力呈高度正相关(r=09775)。3个K型杂种小麦F2代恢复度国际指标法测定的结果遵从正态分布,而国内指标法测定的结果不呈正态分布;恢复度越高的杂种,其恢复度分布的方差越小;一个高恢复度的恢复系可能具有3对恢复基因,其余2个恢复系具有2对恢复基因。
The significant difference in restoring ability calculated by international method and domestic method was found among the hybrids between male sterile line Yumai 3 with Ae.kotschyi cytoplasm [MS(K) Yumai 3] and 163 restoring lines.The restoring degree of 19 lines,which was calculated by the domestic method,is in access of 80 percent.The seed set rate of central florets of spikelets for the hybrids with Ae.kotschyi cytoplasm was significantly positively correlated with the restoring ability of restoring lines,the correlation coefficient between them was 0.977 5.The study on the distribution of restoring and the segregation of fertility restoration of F 2 population for the 3 hybrids between MS(K) Yumai 3 and 3 R lines was continuously conducted for two years.The results indicated that one R line with higher restoring ability might possess 3 pairs of restoring genes,and the two others might possess 2 pairs of restoring genes.The restoring ability calculated by international method was normally distributed,and the higher the restoring ability is,the smaller the distribution variance will be.
