摘要
在田间条件下对猕猴桃叶片水分状况及其与环境条件的关系进行了研究。结果表明:猕猴桃叶水势每日呈周期性的动态变化,日出前最高,其后迅速下降,在10∶00~15∶00之间维持较稳定的低值状态;12∶30左右最低;翌日黎明前又恢复到最高。耐旱性强的海沃德和通山五号在不同时期最低叶水势的极差为018MPa和019MPa,而耐旱性弱的的庐山香和武植82-14分别为061MPa和064MPa;日出前叶水势与土壤湿度之间存在极显著的正相关关系,决定系数达087~094,而最低叶水势受气侯因子影响很大。其高低和变幅在一定程度上反映了品种(系)的耐旱能力。
Leaf water status of Actinidia and its relationship with enviromental factors were studied under field conditions.The results showed that Leaf water potential followed a pronounced diurnal cycle from predawm maximum to midday minimun and back to the maximam from evening to the predawn.Leaf water potential before sunrise was a reliable indicator of soil water status whereas the minimun leaf water potential was influenced greatly by climatic factors.The values and ranges of the minimum leaf pofential under the same conditions reflected drought tolerance in Actinidia to some extent.
