磁化水对烟草生长发育及生理特性的影响 被引量:13

摘要 以NC89为材料,研究了磁化水处理对烟草种子活力、烟株农艺性状及生理特性的影响。结果表明,用磁化水处理烟草种子,发芽率及发芽势分别比对照提高6%和9%,其株高、叶数、茎围、最大叶面积、节距均明显提高;移栽后96d测定,烟草叶片中的绝对含水量、相对含水量分别比对照增加158%和83%;处理后的叶片中SOD,POD活性增强,MDA,PRO含量降低,表明磁化水对烟草的生长发育及生理代谢过程有一定的促进作用。 The influence of magnetized water on vigor of tobacco seeds,agronomic character and physiological characteristics of tobacco plants were studied with the cultivar NC89.The results showed that the vigor and ratio of germination of tobacco seeds treated with magnetized water were obviously raised respectively by 6% and 9% compared with those of the CK. By watering tobacco plants with magnetized water ,it was found that the plant height,leaf number,stalk circumference,leaf area of the biggest leaf and internode length of tobacco plants were all distinctively increased. 96 days after they were transoplanted the absolute content and the relative content of water in tobacco leaves increased respectively by 15.8% and 8.3% compared with those of the CK.At the same time,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in tobacco leaves was enhanced,but the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and proline (PRO) in the leaves decreased,which indicated that there was active influence for irrigatting tobacco plants with magnetized water on the growth and devalopment and the physiological metabolism of flue-cured tobacco plants.
