十二指肠内灌注MAA和MVFA对山羊血浆胃动素水平的影响

Effect of Intraduodenal Infusion of MAA and MVFA on Goat Plasma Motilin

选用２只装有永久性十二指肠瘘管的青年母山羊，禁食２４ｈ，分别以５ｍＬ·ｍｉｎ－１的速度在十二指肠内灌注混合氨基酸（６６６７ｇ·Ｌ－１）、混合挥发性脂肪酸（Ｃ２∶Ｃ３∶Ｃ４＝４∶２∶１）和生理盐水（ｐＨ值均为３９０６）各１００ｍＬ，并重复进行１次，每隔７２ｈ灌注１次。结果表明，灌注混合氨基酸（ＭＡＡ）使血浆胃动素水平由基础水平（２０１０４±２５３１）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１显著降至（１５５３４±１８５９）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１（Ｐ＜００１），低于灌注生理盐水（１７３０４±１４３５）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１（Ｐ＞００５）；灌注混合挥发性脂肪酸（ＭＶＦＡ）使血浆胃动素水平由基础水平显著降至（１５４１８±１５３８）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１，低于灌注生理盐水时的结果（Ｐ＞００５）。说明山羊禁食后十二指肠灌注混合氨基酸和混合挥发性脂肪酸能显著抑制胃动素的释放。

Two selected young female goats were installed with permanent duodenal fistulas.After a fast of 24 hours,100mL mixed amino acid(MAA) (66.67g·L -1 ),100mL mixed volatile fatty acid (MVFA) (C 2∶C 3∶C 4=4∶2∶1) and 100mL saline solution were separately infused into duodenal at 5mL·min -1 by fistulas.The above procedure was repeated with an interval of 72h.The results of the research show that:Infusing MAA can make plasma motilin level very significantly drop to (155.34± 18.59) ng·L -1 from the basic level (201.04±25.31)ng·L -1 ( P <0.01),lower than that of infusing saline solution(173.04±14.35)ng·L -1 ( P >0.05).Infusing MVFA can make plasma motilin level very significantly drop to (154.18±15.38)ng·L -1 (P <0.01),also lower than that of saline solution ( P >0.05).The results suggest that after goats' fast infusing into duodenal with MAA and MVFA can significantly inhibit the release of motilin.
