摘要
本文首次报道南方红豆杉种子催芽方法,对比试验研究表明:先用酒精浸种以增加种子透性,再在以赤霉素为主的药剂中浸种24h,最后在低-高-低变温条件下层积催芽136天,可使种子裂口率达70.8%,裂口种子出苗时间为35天,成苗率66.3%.
Abstract This paper
studied the stratification way of Taxus chinensis var mariei seed through contrast experiments.
The results indicate that the following way is the best one: to increase aeration of the seed in
dipping treatment, then to dip the seed in drug which the main composition in is gibberellic acid
for 24 hours, then to pass the seeds through a low/warm temperature for 136 days at last. By
that way, the rate of breached seeds is 70.8%, the pre-emergence time of breached seeds is 35
days, and the rate of survival seedlings is 66.3%. KEY WOEDS Taxus chinensis var mariei ,
