摘要
苏铁正常绿苗种子粒重、株鲜重、株高、可溶性蛋白质、淀粉酶活性、超氧物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性、色氨酸含量均高于白化苗；而吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性、丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量明显低于白化苗．
The weight per seed,weight per plant and plant height,content of soluble
protein,activities of amylase and superoxide dismutase and tryptophane content of green
seedings of sago cycas (Cycas revoluta Thunb.) were higher than those of albino seedlings,but
activity of IAA-oxidase and malondialdehyde content of green seedlings were obvious lower than
those of albino seedlings.
