摘要
本文对再生资源中一些树皮、果壳化学组成进行了分析,用碱法工艺分别将其制成胶液(PMB、CFB、PSA),再加入30%~50%增强剂(PF)作Ⅰ类胶合板胶粘剂,胶合强度均达到GB9846.4-88指标值,胶的成本仅为纯PF的41%~58%.
The chemical composition of Masson's pine bark, Chinese firbark and Peanut shell was analyzed .The adhesives were made from the above-mentioned material by alkaline process.30%50%PF resin was then mixed with the adhesives to produce an exterior grade plywood.The bonding strength of the plywood met the China National Standard GB 9846.4-88.The cost of the adhesives was only 41%58% ofPF's.
