再生资源制胶合板胶粘剂的研究

Study on the Prepare of Adhesives from Regenerate Resources for Plywood

本文对再生资源中一些树皮、果壳化学组成进行了分析，用碱法工艺分别将其制成胶液（ＰＭＢ、ＣＦＢ、ＰＳＡ），再加入３０％～５０％增强剂（ＰＦ）作Ⅰ类胶合板胶粘剂，胶合强度均达到ＧＢ９８４６．４－８８指标值，胶的成本仅为纯ＰＦ的４１％～５８％．

The chemical composition of Masson's pine bark, Chinese firbark and Peanut shell was analyzed .The adhesives were made from the above-mentioned material by alkaline process.30%50%PF resin was then mixed with the adhesives to produce an exterior grade plywood.The bonding strength of the plywood met the China National Standard GB 9846.4-88.The cost of the adhesives was only 41%58% ofPF's.
