摘要
本文阐述了莰烯直接水合法生产药用樟脑新工艺经过水合反应适宜工艺参数的选定，水合付产物的回收及樟脑后处理催化剂的研制，使得莰烯直接水合工业化生产药用樟脑新工艺得以实现新工艺降低了产品成本，提高了产品质量，产品达到美国药典ＵＳＰ第２１版技术指标。
In this paper,the new technique on manufacturing medical camphor is discussed.Based on the selection of suitable technical parameter of hydration,recycle of hydration byproducts and development of the catalyst for aftertreatment of camphor,this new technique was put forward.Furthermore,the cost of product is reduced and the quality of product is improved.The technical norms of the product reach those of U.S.A pharmacopeia(USP 21 edition).This new technique fills in the internal gaps.
