早期饲喂沙棘提取物对猪生长性能、肉品质和血清Leptin水平及脂肪Leptin mRNA表达的影响 被引量:18

摘要 本试验旨在研究早期饲喂沙棘提取物对猪生长性能、肉质、血清leptin水平及脂肪组织lept★表达的影响。选用(28±2)日龄断奶的长白×大白二元杂交仔猪24头,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组3个重复,每重复4头猪(公母各1/2)。第一阶段对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组日粮在其基础上添加0.1%沙棘提取物,于57日龄起第二阶段全部饲喂基础日粮,至180日龄结束试验。运用荧光相对定量PCR测定脂肪中leptin mRNA表达量,以及沙棘提取物对肉质和血清leptin水平的影响。结果表明,早期饲喂沙棘提取物可显著提高试验组肥育猪眼肌面积(P<0.05),降低背膘厚和肌内脂含量(P<0.05);试验组仔猪血清leptin水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而肥育猪的试验组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组肥育猪背部皮下脂肪和肠系膜脂肪leptin mRNA表达量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),腹部皮下脂肪leptin mRNA表达量高于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.01)。脂肪leptin mRNA表达量与血清leptin水平呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);对照组脂肪leptin mRNA表达量与背膘厚、眼肌面积和肌内脂呈显著相关(P<0.05)。综合分析认为,在断奶仔猪日粮中添加0.1%沙棘提取物可通过影响脂肪leptin mRNA表达量及血清leptin水平,改变与肉质的相关系数,来改善肥育猪肉质特性。 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of early feeding sea buckthorn extracts on growth performance, meat quality, serum leptin levels and leptin mRNA expression of adipose tissue in swine. Twenty-four Landrace x Large White hybridization pigs with (28± 2) days of age were randomly allotted into control group and treatment group. Each group contained 3 replicates with 4 pigs per replicate (half male and half female). Control group was fed the first stage basal diet and treatment group was fed the first stage basal diet added with 0.1% of sea buckthorn extracts. From 57 to 180 days of age, two groups were all fed the second stage basal diets. Fluorescent relative quantitative PCR was used to determine the relative content of leptin mRNA in adipose tissue and sea buckthorn extracts,effects on meat quality and serum leptin level. The results showed that early feeding sea buckthorn extracts significantly improved loin-eye area in finishing pigs (P〈0.05), and significantly decreased back fat thickness and intramuscular fat content (P〈0.05) ; serum leptin of piglets in treatment group was significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05), but for finishing pigs, there were no significant differences in two groups (P〉0.05) ; leptin mRNA expression of finishing pigs' subcutaeous fat and mesenteric fat in treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0.05), and leptin mRNA expression of finishing pigs' abdominal fat in treatment group significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.01). Leptin mRNA expression of fat and serum leptin were significantly negatively correlated (P〈0.01), and leptin mRNA expression of fat in control group was significantly correlated with back fat thickness, loin-eye area and intramuscular fat content (P〈0.05). In conclusion, 0.1% of sea buckthorn extracts could improve meat quality through regulating the leptin mRNA relative content of fat and serum leptin level, and their correlation coefficient with meat quality.
