论国际间产业转移与中国体育用品制造业的结构调整

On international transfer of industries and the structural adjustment of China's sports manufacturing industry

90年代中期以前,中国体育用品制造业充分发挥了自身劳动成本优势,在国际性产业转移的浪潮中,承接了来自发达国家和亚洲"四小龙"的劳动密集型产业,实现了产业扩张。然而,近年来随着中国劳动成本优势的相对减弱等因素,中国体育用品制造业面临着产业升级和结构调整的艰巨任务。据此提出:通过技术创新实现产品升级;通过向国内外进行产业转移,继续发挥劳动成本优势;在一些地区发挥产业区域聚集的竞争优势;优胜劣汰,促使体育用品制造业的良性发展。

Since the mid-90＇ s, China＇ s sports manufacturing has taken the advantage of its low labor cost in the wave of international industrial transfer, accepting labor-intensive industries from the developed countries as well as from Asia＇s ＂four little tigers＂, thus realized this industry＇ s expansion. However, in recent years, with the decline of China＇ s labor cost advantage, its sports rnanufacturing is faced with the challenge of industrial upgrading and structural adjustment. This paper suggests solutions to the problems in this regard： to achieve product upgrading by adopting technological innovation; to keep the advantage of low labor cost through transferring the industry internationally and domestically; to promote the aggregation of competitive finns in certain areas so as to give full play of the industry＇s eampetitiveness.
