A Study on the Training of Tennis Social Sports Instructors in China

摘要 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和访谈法对社会体育指导员培训工作的历史及现状进行研究,理论联系实际,探索适合我国网球社会体育指导员培训的模式、内容和方法。得出结论,即:网球社会体育指导员培训对象的选拔以自荐为主,并通过多渠道选拔培训对象;培训方式采用在集中面授的前提下分类型培训,同时推行"走进来"和"走出去"相结合的培训方式;培训内容应具有针对性、实用性,课程设置应具有科学性;级别越高的网球社会体育指导员集中培训时数占的比重越小,自学时数的比重越大;级别越高的网球社会体育指导员专项理论培训时数占的比重越高,专项技能培训的时数越低;网球社会体育指导员的考核应具有规范性、系统性。 Through literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and expert interviews, the paper researches the history and current situation of society sports training instructor combining theory with practice, and explore the proper mode, content and methods of society sport tennis instructor training in China. Conclusions: The targets of tennis social sports instructors training selection is mainly from self-recommend through multi-channel selection. The training methods are classified under the premise of face-to-face training, as well as to implement combined "taking in" and "going out". Tennis social sports instructors training content should be targeted, practical and scientific. The higher the level of instructors, the smaller the training hours take in proportion and the greater self-learning hours in proportion. The higher the level of instructors, the more training in special theory and lower in special techniques. The tennis social sports instructors should accept standardized and systemic assessment.
