转型期我国运动员职业伦理的缺失与建构

Defects and Construction in the Sportsmen's Professional Ethics in China in the Period of Transition

作为运动员职业行为准则、价值取向和职业伦理规范总和的运动员职业伦理,为运动员"依法、高效、公平、公开、公正"进行体育比赛提供精神动力和制度保障。在体育体制改革、文化冲突、矛盾突显和机遇与挑战并存的竞赛生态环境下,运动员职业伦理面临伦理价值沦丧、界定模糊、伪适应症等缺失问题,应从"职业化"、"法制化"、"道德化"、"组织化"和"现代化"等层面提出运动员职业伦理的建构方略。

the sportsmen s professional ethics,whose function is the principle for sportsmen,the values for the profession and the norms of behavior,can offer the spiritual motivation and institutional protection for the sportsmen s competition under the principles of＂legal,efficient,fair,open,and justified＂.In the competitive eco-environment which fills with institutional reform,culture conflict,paradox,opportunities and challenges,ethics for professional sportsmen are confronted with issues such as the degeneration of ethical values, the blurred definition and sportsmen＇ s inability of adaptation. This paper comes up with some tactics from the parts to construct sportsmen＇ s professional ethics as follows： to make sports a profession, make laws to restrict it, advocate morality, organize it properly, and modernize it.
