摘要
为了探索高校公共体育课教师在新《纲要》的颁布及高校体育课程目标体系改革的情况下实现个性化教学,其个性与教学风格是否存在紧密联系。采用了文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对高校公共体育课教师的人格特征与教学风格类型进行了调查分析,结果表明:高校公共体育课教师的人格特征与教学风格的类型存在相关关系,其人格特征在教学风格类型的形成过程中有一定的作用。高校公共体育课教师人格特征的精神质维度对立法型教学风格具有预测作用,人格特征的神经质维度对立法型和整体型教学风格具有预测作用。
As the issuing of the New Program and reformation of College P.E.Curriculum System,the paper tries to find out whether public P.E.teachers' personalities are closely related to their teaching styles in their individualized teaching by methods such as literature review,questionnaires and physical statistics.The result shows that:the personality features of public P.E.teachers are correlated to their teaching styles and have influences the formation of their teaching styles. The individual personalities of personality features of the teachers predict legal teaching style,while the squeamishness of the personality features predicts legal and global teaching styles.
