摘要
针对大学体育教学的特点,在分析了相关的分层教学理论的基础上,具体探讨了分层教学的操作程序,并通过分层教学实验予以论证,实验证明,通过分层教学,能解决体育教学中学生素质参差不齐与教学要求同步划一的矛盾,使学生不仅在运动素质及技术掌握上有很大提高,而且还能显著提高学生的非智力因素水平,使大学体育教学走向素质教育的轨道,为当前的教学改革提供有力的理论支持。
In this paper,based on the characteristics of physical education in universities,the analysis of the relevant theory on stratified teaching and the specific teaching of stratified operating procedures,we gain the results of resolved contradictions between students' uneven quality in physical education and consistent teaching require through stratified teaching experiment,so that students not only have greatly improved their sports and technique,but also significantly raised their level of non-intelligence factors,leading the university physical education to the quality education track for the current teaching reform and providing a strong theoretical support.
