中国大学生女子排球运动员个性与损伤关系的研究

A Study on the Relationship between Women's Volleyball Players' Personality and Injuries in China

通过对参加第三届中国大学生排球联赛的女子高校12支球队的调研,探讨个性特征与运动损伤的原因,论文运用文献资料法、调查访问法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法等方法进行研究,采用EPQ个性问卷(成人式)对调研对象进行问卷调查所得结果与运动员损伤评定结果用SPSS统计软件的Pearson相关系数进行相关分析,结果表明:性格内向性程度越高的运动员易受伤程度也越高;情绪的不稳定性越高的运动员易受伤程度也越高;倔强程度(P)与损伤分值无相关性。

The paper studies 12 women＇s teams in the 3rd China University Volleyball League,to explore the causes of personality characteristics and sport injuries.Methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,logical analysis and mathematical statistics are used in the paper.Through EPQ personality questionnaire（for adults） it comes to the personality characteristics of injured players,and Pearson correlation coefficient is used to analyze the relationship between players＇ personality and their injury.The results show that：the higher the degree of players＇ vulnerability,the higher the degree of injury;the higher the degree of emotional instability,The higher the degree of injury;stubborn extent（P） with the injury score has no correlation.
