几丁质酶产生菌黑木耳破壁的筛选及鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 从浙江、湖北、陕西等地黑木耳栽培的土壤样品中筛选到一株产几丁质酶活力较强的菌株CHa0804,用于黑木耳破壁处理。考察菌株CHa0804的生长特性,并结合菌落形态、生理生化指标和16S rDNA序列分析对其进行鉴定。菌株CHa0804以黑木耳胶质为唯一碳源生长,在菌株CHa0804个体形态和生理生化特性鉴定的基础上,通过16sDNA测序鉴定,确定CHa0804为雷氏普罗威登斯菌(Providencia rett-geri)。该研究为选育高产几丁质酶菌株提供了理论依据。 The strain producing chitinase of CHa0804 was isolated from soil samples in China for the disrupting of Auricularia auricula, and the growth was studied under different culture experiments. Its population shape and individual form were observed and identified from the aspects of physiological and biochemical characteristics and molecular biology. The Auricularia auricula colloid can be the only the carbon sources for the CHa0804 growing. On the basis of identi- fication of the population shape, individual form and physiological and biochemical characteristics, strain CHa0804 was determined as Providencia rettgeri through 16sDNA sequence appraisal. The exper imental basis was provided for selection and breeding of high yield strains of chitinase by this research.
