两种不同产地松籽脂肪酸成分的GC/MS分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用索氏提取法对产于辽宁千山和吉林长白山的松籽中的脂肪酸成分进行提取。样品经氢氧化钾—甲醇法和浓硫酸—甲醇法2种不同的方法甲酯化后,通过GC/MS对各样品中的组成和含量进行分析。结果显示:辽宁千山和吉林长白山松籽中的脂肪酸的成分类似,饱和脂肪酸含量都较低,而不饱和脂肪酸含量比较高;亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸是两地松籽中的主要脂肪酸成分,相应的脂肪酸甲酯含量范围分别为31.05%~41.37%,4.34%~14.98%和5.59%~7.12%;浓硫酸甲醇法比氢氧化钾甲醇法更加适合松籽样品脂肪酸的甲酯化。 Capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry following Soxhlet extraction and two different esterfication systems including potassium hydroxide methanol system and concentrated sulfuric acid methanol system was utilized to study the components and contents of fatty acids of pine nuts, which were gotten from Qian mountain of Liaoning province and Changbai mountain of Jilin province. The results showed that: the two samples have similar main components in fatty acid, which is mainly composed of linoleic acid, oleic acid and palmiticacid in the range of 31.05%-41. 37%, 4. 34%-14. 98% and 5.59%-7.12%, respectively. The contents of unsaturated fatty acid are evidently higher than saturated fatty acid in all these pine nuts. In addition, sulfuric acid-methanol system is more suitable than potassium hydroxide-methanol system for the esterfication of fatty acids in pine nuts.
