摘要
就研制的集装箱内真空度变化对降温速率、箱内温度、箱内相对氧气含量、箱内相对湿度和箱内臭氧发生器臭氧浓度积累量的影响进行研究。试验表明,随集装箱内真空度增大,要达到同样的降温效果,制冷时间会延长,由起始温度为14.5℃降低为0℃,0.08MPa的真空度比0MPa延长降温时间58.8%;箱内温度呈现先下降然后略微上升的变化趋势,温度降低量为3.2~4.1℃;用O2/CO2抽样检测分析仪检测的氧体积浓度不受真空度变化的影响;相对湿度也不受真空度变化的影响;但是箱内安装的臭氧发生器产生臭氧的能力随真空度增加而降低。因此,果蔬减压低温气调保鲜多功能集装箱真空度变化对集装箱降温速率、臭氧产生速率影响显著,而氧相对含量、相对湿度变化影响较小。
The experiment research the influence of vacuum change in container on cooling rate, temperature, relative Oxygen content, relative humidity and accumulation of ozone concentrations inside con tainer. The results indicate that in order to get same cooling effect, refrigeration time will extend when the vacuum inside the container became bigger. The cool down time of 0.08 MPa vacuum increased 58.8% than 0 MPa while temperature dropping from 14. 5 ℃ to 0 ℃. The tendency of temperature inside container is that at first the temperature drop down, then rise slightly, and the temperature drop 3.2-4. 1 ℃. The concentration of oxygen is constant detected by O2/CO2 sampling detection analyzer. Relative humidity is not influent by the change of vacuum inside container. But the Ability to pro duce ozone of Ozone Generator inside the container became lower. The influence of container on container cooling rate and ozone generator accumulation is remarkable, but its influence on atmosphere rela tive humidity and the relative oxygen content is small.
