摘要
寻找快速准确测定食品中钙含量的示波极谱法测定条件。采用MP-2型电位溶出仪,通过单因素试验对仪器测定条件和底液条件进行选择。结果显示,以茜素红和氢氧化钾的混合溶液作为底液,钙的峰电位在-0.95V左右;在选定的仪器条件和底液条件下得线性回归方程y=147.46x+7.4475,相关系数为0.9993。示波极谱法测钙的最低检出浓度是0.0004μg/mL,加标回收率为90.77%~95.43%,相对标准偏差为2.88%。该法测定食品中的微量钙结果满意,具有灵敏度高,准确度好,仪器简单,操作简便等特点。
To find the determination conditions of calcium in food quickly using oscillopolarography. The method was evaluated through the experiment, and MP-2 electric potential dissolves instrument was used for the experiment. The instrument determination condition and the bottom fluid condition were chosen through the single factor experiment. Inthe bottom fluid of the mixture with Alizarin red and KOH, the peak dectric potential of calcium is -0.95 V. Under these conditions, the regress equation of linearity y= 147.46x+7 447 5 (R^2 = 0.999 3) was obtained. The minimum amount determined of calcium was 0. 000 4 μg/mL, the sample recovery rates were in the range of 90.77%-95.43%, and the RSD was 2. 88%. The method is sensitive, selective, rapid and simple that applied to determination of trace calcium in food with satisfactory results.
