摘要
重庆北碚地区电网电量采集系统升级改造的目标是完成按时采集、自动计算、代路处理、实时告警、灵活报表等基本功能。系统由原来DACASE2000系统升级为WFECS9800系统,主站的硬件、软件全部改造。论述了升级后的系统构成、网络组成、终端硬件、通信采集、数据处理和运行维护等方面的兼容性、可靠性与可用性的进步。探讨了临时数据和原始数据的存放、软总线技术、定时扫描模式、在线工况监视、表码与电量算法、Web权限及系统管理等问题,指出实时数据库、软总线等高级别(实时和准实时)系统技术是电量采集系统的发展方向。改造升级后系统运行良好。
The TMR(Tele Meter Reading) system upgrade of Chongqing Beibei regional grid is to realize the basic functions of scheduled data gathering,automatic calculation,bypass treatment,real- time alarm, flexible report,and so on. It is upgraded from DACASE2000 to WFECS9800,including all HW and SW. The progresses in compatibility,reliability and usability are discussed on system architecture,network structure,acquisition terminal, communication, data processing and maintenance. The storage of temporary data and original data,the soft- bus technology,the fixed- time scanning mode,the online monitoring of operating status ,the electric coding arithmetic and the web authority management are also discussed. It is pointed out that,the advanced real- time and quasi- real- time system technologies,such as real- time database and soft-bus,are the development direction of TMR system. The upgraded TMR is running well.
