复方浙贝颗粒对阿霉素导致P388模型小鼠外周血象影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察复方浙贝颗粒(CZBG)对阿霉素(ADM)导致小鼠淋巴细胞白血病细胞(P388)移植瘤小鼠外周血象下降的影响。方法:将70只成功造模的昆明小鼠随机分为生理盐水对照、ADM常规剂量、CZBG、CZBG联合ADM大剂量、CZBG联合ADM常规剂量、CZBG联合ADM小剂量、CZBG联合ADM极低剂量7组,每组各10只小鼠。分别于给药前、实验第7天和实验第14天,从小鼠尾静脉取血20μl,抗凝处理后用日本SWSMEX公司SF3000型血液分析仪检测外周血象。结果:给药前各组WBC、RBC(除CZBG联合ADM极低剂量组)、Hgb(除生理盐水对照组)、PLT数值比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验第7天,大部分组WBC、RBC、Hgb、PLT数值有升高趋势;实验第14天,大部分组WBC、RBC、Hgb、PLT数值有降低趋势,与给药前比较无明显变化。结论:CZBG具有一定的舒缓ADM导致模型小鼠外周血象下降效应,其舒缓程度亦与ADM用药剂量相关。 Objective: To observe the impact of compound zhe-bei granules (CZBG) on the decline of the mice lymphocytic leukemia cells (P388) in the xenograft tumor mice's peripheral blood which is caused by adriamycin(ADM). Methods: 70 Kunming mice modeled successfully were randomly divided into 7 groups: saline control, conventional dose ADM, CZBG, CZBG Joint high-dose ADM, CZBG Joint conventional dose ADM, CZBG Joint low-dose ADM, CZBG Joint lower-dose ADM, with 10 mice in each group. Sample the tail vein blood of the mice 201μl separately before administering medicine, the 7th day and the 14th day during experiment. Treat with anticoagulant, then detect peripheral blood with SF3000 blood analyzer produced by Japanese SWSMEX company. Results: Before administration, by comparing the numerical values of WBC, RBC (except CZBG Joint lower-dose ADM group), Hgb (except saline control group),PLT of each group, no statistical significance was found (P〉0.05); on the 7th day during experiment, the WBC, RBC, Hgb,PLT values of most groups tended upwards; on the 14th day during experiment, the WBC, RBC, Hgb, PLT values of most groups tended downwards, showing no obvious changes compared with before administration. Conclusions: CZBG has a certain ease effect on the decline of the peripheral blood cell counts which is caused by ADM, and the degree of ease is correlated with the ADM dose.
