在市场经济条件下,提供优质的电力产品和供电服务成为供电企业的首要任务。在供电企业全面推进质量管理(QC)体系的背景下,持续有效地开展QC小组活动是提高企业服务质量的有益补充。提出将综合评价理念引入QC小组活动、将开展QC小组活动与企业质量管理体系建设相结合、将QC小组活动上升到供电企业文化层面加以传承等新形势下供电企业持续有效开展QC小组活动的方式方法。

In the new circumstances of the market economy, provision of the high quality power supply product and the related service becomes the most important aim for power supply enterprises. While implementing the quality control （QC） system in the power supply enterprise in an all round way, attention should be paid to carrying out the QC group activities continuously and effectively as it provides beneficial supplements for improving the service of the enterprise. The paper introduces the concepts of comprehensive evaluation to the QC group activities, advocates the organic combination of the QC group activities and the establishment of the enterprise quality control system, and raises the QC group activities to the level of the corporate culture in an attempt to find effective and sustained ways for carrying out the QC group activities in the new circumstances.
