摘要
用机械化学法制得平均粒径为30-100nm的稀土型纳米复合材料,检验了在高温条件下材料对金属基体的吸附能力,采用四球摩擦磨损实验机考察了其抗摩减磨性能及对磨损表面的自修复效果。结果表明,用机械化学法制备的稀土型纳米复合材料对金属基体有良好的吸附能力,可以覆盖磨损表面且在动态条件下可对基体表面进行修复。
RE nanophase composite material between the grain size 30nm and 100nm was prepared by the method of mechano-chemistry, in which the material's adsorptive capacity to metal base was checked, and the nature of antifriction as well as self-repairing effectiveness to the surface of abrasion were tested by four-ball friction wear testing machine. The results show that RE nanophase composite material prepared by the method of mechano-chemistry has a good adsorptive capacity to metal base, and the wear surface can be covered and repaired under dynamic condition.
