水稻品种抗褐飞虱不同生物型稳定性的AMMI模型分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用AMMI模型分析水稻品种抗褐飞虱不同生物型的稳定性,结果表明:水稻品种对褐飞虱不同生物型的抗感性均存在极显著的环境效应、基因型效应和互作效应。但是,不同水稻品种对褐飞虱不同生物型的抗感性稳定性程度不一样,同一水稻品种对褐飞虱不同生物型的抗性稳定性程度也存在差异。抗感褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ的品种中,Rathu Heenati(RHT)的抗虫性最稳定,RP1976-18-6-4-2的抗虫性最不稳定;TN1的感虫性最稳定,国粳4号的感虫性最不稳定。抗感褐飞虱孟加拉型的品种中,Ptb33的抗虫性最稳定,IR56的抗虫性最不稳定;IR26的感虫性最稳定,ASD7的感虫性最不稳定。 Additive main effects and multiplicative interaction(AMMI) model was used to evaluate the stability of rice varieties resistance to different rice brown planthopper(BPH) Nilaparvata lugens (Still) biotypes. The results indicated that the environment and the genotype posed most significant effects on the resistance and susceptibility of rice varieties to different BPH biotypes. However the stability levels of resistance and susceptibility of different rice varieties to different BPH biotypes and the that of same rice variety to different BPH biotypes were different. Among rice varieties resistant and susceptible to BPH biotype Ⅱ , the variety with the most stable resistance was IR56,and that with the most unstable resistance was ASD7, the variety with the most stable susceptibility was Guojing No. 4, and that with the most unstable susceptibility was TN1. Among rice varieties resistant and susceptible to BPH Bangladesh, the variety with the most stable resistance was RHT, and that with the most unstable resistance was RP1976-18-6-4-2, while the variety with the most stable susceptibility was IR36, and that with the most unstable susceptibility was Guojing No. 4.
