高朗1号和新世纪毛叶枣果实发育过程中糖分积累和相关代谢酶活性分析 被引量:6

摘要 以高朗1号、新世纪2个毛叶枣品种为试材,对果实发育过程中糖代谢相关酶与糖分积累的关系进行了研究。结果表明:以积累蔗糖为主的高朗1号具有较高的蔗糖合成酶和蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性,而转化酶活性较低;在果实发育中后期,蔗糖积累迅速上升,果实中蔗糖的积累与蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性之间存在显著的正相关。果实中糖积累主要受蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性调控。以单糖积累为主的新世纪蔗糖合成酶和蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性相对较低,蔗糖积累少,主要以还原糖(果糖和葡萄糖)积累为主。新世纪果实中糖的积累与蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶、SAI(酸性转化酶)、SNI(中性转化酶)活性之间密切相关。 Changes in sugar contents and activities of sugar metabolizing enzymes during the fruit development of Zizyphus mauritiana Lam. using two cultivars-Gaolang No. 1 and Xinshiji as materials were studied. The results showed that the activities of sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) and sucrose synthase(SS) in the fruit of Gaolang No. 1 were very high, but the activities of soluble acid invertase (SAI)and soluble neutral invertase(SNI) were very low. Sucrose content increased quickly at the midand-late stage of fruit development and the activities of SS and SPS were significantly correlated with the sucrose accumulation during the fruit development of Gaolang No. 1. The sugar accumulation was controlled by the activities of SS and SPS. But the activities of SS and SPS in Xinshiji were lower than that of Gaolang No. 1, and the fruit of Xinshiji mainly accumulated reducing sugar. The sugar accumulation in the fruit of Xinshiji was significantly correlated with the activity of SS,SPS, SAI and SNI.
