摘要
目的探讨临床护理缺陷的主要原因，针对其原因提出防范措施和管理对策，降低临床护理缺陷发生率。方法选取2007年度发生的658例护理缺陷按照不同原因，发生差错护理人员的一般情况进行分类比较。结果护龄低、年龄小、部分班次容易发生护理差错，统计分析差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论加强环节管理，严格执行三查七对制度是防范护理差错的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the main reason for the patients of nursing defects and intervention measures. Methods 658 cases of defects in accordance with the nursing of different reasons were selected, the error occurred in the nursing general classification was Compared. Results Guarding the low age, the age of small, vulnerable part of the frequency of errors in care are easy to mistake. Conclusions To strengthen the links of management and strict implementation of the three examinations seven care system is to prevent an effective means of error.
