利多卡因在人工流产中的应用与护理

Clinical application and nursing of lidocaine on artificial abortion

目的探讨利多卡因用于人工流产的临床疗效。方法将252例符合研究标准的妊娠妇女随机分成2组，每组126例。利多卡因组为人工流产前在宫颈处注射利多卡因镇痛；异丙酚组为人工流产前静脉注射异丙酚镇痛。比较两种方法的术中出血、术后人工流产综合征的发生率、术后子宫收缩幅度等。结果利多卡因组术中出血少于异丙酚组、术后人工流产综合征的发生率低于异丙酚组、术后子宫收缩优于异丙酚组，且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论利多卡因宫颈注射在人工流产中是一种较好的镇痛方法，方便、安全、有效，值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of lidecaine applied in the artificial abortion. Methods 252 pregnant women who met the requirements and asked for artificial abortion were divided ran- domly into two groups ： Lidecaine group （ 126 cases）, which was treated with injection of lidocaine into the cervix before artificial abortion; Propofol group （126 cases）, intravenous injection of propofol before artificial abortion. Bleeding, the incidence of reactions of artificial abortion syndrome and uterine contraction, after operation in the two groups were compared. Results The amount of bleeding in lidocaine group was smaller than that in propofol group during the operation. The incidence of reactions of artificial abortion syndrome in lidocaine group was lower than that in propofol group. Uterine contraction in lidocalne group was well to that in propofol group after operation （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions Injection of lidocaine into the cervix is quite a good method to ease pain in artificial abortion operation. It is worthy of being generalized for its convenience, safety and efficiency.
