目的探讨婴幼儿股骨干骨折垂直悬吊皮牵引的护理方法。方法对208例婴幼儿股骨干骨折采用双下肢垂直悬吊皮牵引治疗的护理进行了总结。结果208例患儿随访1—5年，骨折愈合良好，无旋转畸形，髋、膝关节活动正常，无跛行。结论优质的护理是影响小儿股骨干骨折疗效的重要因素。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods for infants with femoral shaft fracture accepted vertical suspended skin traction. Methods To summarize the naming methods of both lower extremities vertical suspended skin traction for 208 infants with fracture of femoral shaft. Results By follow - up visit for 1 -5 years, 208 infants patients had obtained fine union of fracture and no ahnormity, and their articulation motion of hip and knee were normal and no lame. Conclusions It is an important factor to offer a high - grade nursing care which can influnce the therapeutic effect of fracture of femoral shaft in infants.
