摘要
目的探讨健康教育前后老年卧床不起患者的家庭照顾者对家庭护理知识水平及照顾技巧的掌握程度。方法调查60例老年卧床不起患者的家庭照顾者对患者的家庭护理知识的掌握情况,然后针对常见的家庭护理问题,如日常生活行为训练、功能康复训练、营养管理、心理护理、预防并发症的护理等进行为期3个月的系统培训。对培训前后照顾者的家庭护理知识和照顾技巧等知晓率进行比较,并了解照顾者对培训的态度。结果培训后照顾者对家庭护理知识的知晓率均显著提高(P〈0.01);绝大部分照顾者都积极参与培训,并肯定了健康教育的必要性。结论对老年卧床不起患者的照顾者进行家庭健康教育培训,能有效提高他们对老年卧床不起患者的护理知识水平和照顾技能,提高家庭护理质量。
Objective To study the influence of health education on the care level of family caregiver of the bedridden elderly patients. Methods The knowledge on the family nursing and the care technique of 60 caregivers was investigated, such as the daily life behavior training and recovery from illness, nourishment management, psychological nursing and preventing complication with the period of 3 months of training. To compare the caregiver's knowledge of the care technique and the family nursing understanding and the attitude of the training. Results The caregiver's knowledge of the family nursing understanding was significantly higher ( P 〈 0. 01) . The majority of the caregiver antively participated the training and affirmed the health education necessary. Conclusions The health education to the caregiver can effectively raise their ability of the nursing knowledge to the bedridden elderly patients and raise nursing quality of the family.
