200例住院病人健康教育需求的调查

Investigation of health education demand of 200 patients in hospital

目的了解对病人开展健康教育的过程中，病人迫切需要哪方面的健康知识、宣教护士应在哪个时间、采取何种教育方式等，才能达到预期目标。方法制定调查内容并以无记名问卷调查表发放给本病区普内科200例住院病人。结果调查表明护患间进行健康教育的最适当时间是在病人入院2d以后，病人易接受教育方法为护士必须结合病人的病情来讲解健康教育内容。实施教育后，有85％病人认为有所得益。结论为了最大限度地让病人受益，必须加强教育知识的学习，努力提高护理人员业务水平，提高健康教育的质量。

Objective The department tries to get to know patients demand which aspeet＇s health knowledge in the process of education, then teach nurses when to take which kind of educating ways. Methods Organize investigation content and send the questionnaire sheets to the 200 patients in this area without their names. Results The perfect time to give the education between patients and nurses was 2 days after patients get in hospital. Nurses must combine their situation to explain the education content. After the education, 85% patients thought it was efficient for them. Conclusions To ensure patients mosdy benefit, the hospital must strengthen education study, promote nursing staff＇s level and the quality of health education.
