高校护生开展社区护理效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation of college nursing students in community nursing implementation

摘要 目的探讨高校护生开展社区护理提高护生能力。方法将选取的2006级91名普通高专护生随机分为实验班和对照班。实验班在开设社区护理和临床护理课程中进入社区开展社区护理。结果实验班护生建立人际关系能力的平均成绩(61.36±4.83)分、基础护理操作能力的平均成绩(82.37±5.43)分、临床课平均成绩(81.53±6.49)分,均高于对照班(P〈0.05)。结论高校护生开展社区护理能提高护生的综合能力。 Objective To explore the effect of college nursing students ia community nursing activities in order to enhance their capabilities. Methods 91 nursing students of 2006 were randomly divided into control and experimental groups. For experimental group, an extra course was offered to carry out nursing activities in communities during the courses of community nursing and clinical nursing. Results In experimental group, the average score of abilities in establishing interpersonal relationships was 61.36 ±4. 83, the score of basic operating skills was 82. 37 ±5.43, and the score of the clinical course was 81.53 ± 6.49, aLl of which were higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Condusions Carrying out community nursing activities ean improve the comprehensive capabilities of college nursing students.
