试论建国以来中国政治渐进发展的基本经验

On Basic Experiences of Gradual Development of Chinese Politics since Founding of New China

新中国建立后特别是十一届三中全会后,中国共产党在吸取苏联东欧等国社会主义改革经验教训的基础上,根据中国的特殊国情,科学定位中国政治发展历史方位,加强民主建设,着力政治体制与经济体制改革,提高公民政治参与,建设社会主义政治文明,较为成功地走出了一条具有中国特色的政治渐进发展道路,为国际共产主义运动中民主政治的进步积累了宝贵的经验。

Since Founding of New China,especially after the third plenary session of the 11th central committee of the CPC,the Party,based on absorbing lessons of socialism reform of Soviet and East-Europe countries,has successfully explored a gradual development road with Chinese characteristics in politic according to Chinese special national conditions and through scientific orientation of Chinese political development,strengthening democracy construction,striving for the economic and political reform,improving the citizen＇ s political participation and building political civilization. Precious experiences have been accumulated for the progress of democratic politic in the international communism movement.
