经尿道汽化电切及电切治疗高危BPH的临床体会

目的探讨经尿道汽化电切术及电切治疗高危BPH围手术期的方法和疗效。方法采用汽化电切及电切方法治疗高危BPH的患者172例。结果所有的患者术前充分的准备，手术均一次成功，术后并发症较少，排尿梗阻解除，IPSS评分明显改善，生活质量指数（QOL）明显提高。结论TUVP＋TURP治疗高危BPH，严格掌握手术适应证，仍可取得满意的效果。

Objective To evaluate the method and efficacy of trans urethral vaporize resection of prostare（TUVP） and trans urethral resection of prostate（ TURP）. Methods All of the 172 patients with hypertraphy of prostate（BPH） with critically ill received TUVP and TURP. Results All the patients performed detailed examination before the surgery. All the operations were carry out rery well. All the patients were followed up, Neither the complications after surgery nor urinary tract obstraction was found. International prostate symptoms scoring（IPSS） and quality of life（QOL） had been improved significantly. Conclusion TUVP and TURP are effective to the patients with hypertraphy of prostate with critically ill.
