摘要
目的探讨烧伤并发精神障碍的原因与治疗措施。方法回顾性分析1998年1月至2008年1月烧伤并发精神障碍25例患者相关临床资料。结果所有患者经综合治疗全部治愈，烧伤面积大、高龄、有延迟复苏的患者，发生精神障碍比例明显增高。结论早期预防抢救明显降低烧伤并发精神障碍发生率，综合治疗措施可提高患者治愈率。
Objective To study the causes and therapeutic measures of burn complicated by mental disorder. Methods Recollected and analysed the related clinical data of the twenty-five patients with burn complicated by mental disorder since January 1998 to January 2008. Results All the patients had been well cured after comprehensive treatment. There is a significant higher proportion of mental disorder among aged patients, patients with extensive burn or delayed recovery. Conclusion Early prevention and rescue can significantly reduce the rate of burn comphcated by mental disorder and synthetic therapeutic measures can increase the cure rate of patients.
