城乡劳动力市场一体化是社会发展的必然趋势。经济增长、工业需求、农村发展、对外开放以及政府与市场的作用是城乡劳动力市场一体化的推动力量。当前存在的主要问题是农民工进入城市就业困难、缺乏组织和社会保障。要在调整产业结构、提高农业生产率、扶持农村教育、建立就业信息系统和行业工会等方面下功夫。

The integration between urban and rural labor markets is an inevitable tendency of social development. Economic increase,industrial demand, rural development, opening up and the role of government and market are the driving forces.Problems of the integration include the difficulty for farmer workers to be employed in cities,lack of organization and defects in social society. To solve the problems, measures should be taken on industrial structure adjustment, agricultural productivity ,rural education,employment information system and industrial union.
