Synthesis of Borneol from α-Pinene Catalyzed by Solid Superacid S_2 O_8^(2-)/ZrO_2-NiO

摘要 介绍了固体超强酸S_2O_8^(2-)/ZrO_2-NiO催化剂制备方法,并将其用于催化α-蒎烯合成龙脑的酯化-皂化工艺。考察了催化剂焙烧温度、焙烧时间、催化剂用量及原料α-蒎烯与无水草酸摩尔比对龙脑产品收率和组成的影响。结果表明,当催化剂焙烧温度为600℃,焙烧时间为3 h,催化剂用量为α-蒎烯质量的6%,原料α-蒎烯与无水草酸的摩尔比为1:0.2时,龙脑产品收率可达55.81%。产品中正龙脑含量可达77.01%,正、异龙脑的含量比高达4.44:1。 Preparation of solid superacid S2O8^2-/ZrO2-NiO as catalyst was introduced , and the catalyst was used in catalytic synthesis of bomeol from α - pinene. The effects of reaction conditions including calcining heat, calcining time, dosage of catalyst and molar ratio of α - pinene to anhydrous oxalic acid on the product yield and compositions were examined. The result showed that the yield of borneol could be up to 55.81% when the catalyst calcining temperature was 600 ℃, calcining time 3 hours, the dosage of the catalyst 6% ( based on the mass of α - pinene), the molar ratio of α - pinene to anhydrous oxalic acid 1 : 0.2. The content of normal borneol in the product could be 77.01%. The mass ratio of normal bomeol to isoborneol in product was 4.44: 1.
