On Ideological and Political Educators' Accomplishment of Appreciation of the Beauty

思想政治教育者的审美素养是思想政治教育者审美教育的自觉形式。在现代思想政治教育过程中,要创新思想政治教育方法,提高思想政治教育的实效性,思想政治教育者就必须提高自身审美素养,按照美的规律教育人、塑造人,重视教育的审美艺术。思想政治教育者的审美素养应包括审美理想、审美观念、审美趣味和审美判断力四个方面。努力学习审美理论和积极参加审美实践活动是提高思想政治教育者审美素养的基本路径。思想政治教育者应在审美欣赏和审美创造活动中塑造自身完美的人格。

Ideological and political educators＇accomphshment of appreciation of the beauty is the conscious form of their aesthetic education. In the course of the contemporary ideological and political education, if educators want to bring forth new ideas in the method of the ideological and political education and enhance its actual effect, they must improve their own accomplishment of appreciation of the beauty. They must train and mould people according to the aesthetic law, paying attention to the aesthetic art of education. Ideological and political educators＇accomplishment of appreciation of the beauty should include four aspects： aes- thetic ideals, aesthetic concepts, aesthetic taste and aesthetic judgment abilities. Trying hard to study the aesthetic theory and taking an active part in the activities of the aesthetic practice are two basic ways and means to enhance the ideological and politi- cal educators＇accomplishment of appreciation of the beauty. Ideological and political educators must mould perfect personality of their own in the activities of appreciating and creating the beauty.
