摘要
提出了一种双光纤Bragg光栅流量传感器模型,应用有限元软件ANSYS对模型进行了二维模拟,模拟说明流体流量和FBG2的光纤布喇格光栅中心波长漂移量之间有良好的关系。尤其在测量流量大于0.01m3/s时,FBG2的布喇格中心波长漂移量和流量有很好的线性度,达到0.9920,灵敏度达到12.017nm/(m3/s)。
A novel double fiber Bragg gratings (FBG) flow sensor was proposed, application of finite element software ANSYS to simulation of two-dimensional for model, have a good relationship between fluid flow and fiber Bragg grating center wavelength drift volume. Particularly, when the flow is greater than 0.01m^3/s, the center wavelength drift of FBG2 and flow have a good linearity, reached 0.9920. Sensitivity reached 12.017nm/(m^3/s).
