摘要 提出了一种冷电联供分布式供能系统的能量管理优化模型。该模型根据示范点各大楼的冷、电负荷预测延时变化曲线,按照经济最优原则制定微型燃气轮机的发电计划。优化模型不仅考虑了冷电联供系统与大楼电制冷空调的运行配合问题,还计及了电网购电价格、燃气价格和微型燃气轮机上网发电价格等因素对经济运行的影响。选取典型月份的冷、电负荷预测数据进行优化计算,并对部分优化结果进行调整,结果表明,根据所提出的模型制定的微型燃气轮机发电曲线能够满足示范工程对系统运行经济性和一次能源高效利用的指标要求。 A new energy optimization and management model of combined cooling and power(CCP) distributed energy supply system is proposed.A generation plan can be determined by the optimal economic principle according to the forecast curves of electricity and cooling loads of each building at the demonstration point.Not only the cooperation of CCP and electric air conditioning,but also the influence on economic operation of price of electricity from public grid,price of fuel and price of the electricity sold to grid are considered in this model. The load data of some typical months are chosen for simulation purpose,and the results are adjusted to match the actual operation. The results show that the generation curves of micro turbine made by this optimal model can satisfy the operation economy and primary energy ratio index requirements of this project.
