摘要
分别在常规条件下和超声波条件下,采用弱酸性染料和毛用活性染料对羊毛织物进行染色,对比了染色温度、染色时间、K/S值、色牢度等参数,分析了超声波作用频率及其对纤维结构、染料溶解情况等的影响,得出在超声波作用下最适宜羊毛染色的温度、时间,并对超声波的染色机理和其在羊毛染色中的可行性进行了分析。
Wool-dyeing temperature, time, K/S value and colorfastness with weak acid dyes and reactive dyes under conventional and ultrasonic conditions were compared. The frequencies of ultrasonic and the impact on the structure of fibers and the soluble condition of dyes also were studied. Through experiments, the optimum temperature and time of ultrasonic dyeing wool were obtained, and the mechanism of ultrasonic dyeing as well as the feasibility of ultrasonic applied in wool-dyeing were discussed.
