摘要
分析了随书光盘的类型和版权性质,对随书光盘的外借、刻录、出租、上载和互借等服务方式的版权风险进行分析,从准确适用法规、健全管理制度以及发展技术措施三方面提出了应对措施。
First the author analyses the type and copyright character of book - attached discs, and then discusses its copyright risks of usage methods such as lending, copying, letting, uploading and interlihrary loan. Finally the author advances countermeasures from three facets of exactly applying statute, perfecting management system and developing technolgoy measures.
