摘要
在简述服务创新内涵的基础上,依据Rob Bilderbeek等提出的服务创新四维度模型,对学术图书馆服务创新的四维度模型进行初步探讨。
This paper made a discussion of a model of service innovation in academic libraries based oo the nature of service innovation and the 4D Model of Service Innovation which was presented by Rob Bilderbeek, et al. in 1998.
